Mental health struggles can be as debilitating as physical injuries to the lives of our clients and those around them. The goal of our company is to help treat the conditions of those seeking our aid so they may live mentally healthy lives.

Our company understands that mental health issues and addiction are battles that aren’t easy to face alone. We aim to be a reliable provider of behavioral healthcare services in Phoenix, Arizona, that can provide individuals with their needed care and support.

Treatment Philosophy

David Oriabure

Mr. Oriabure has 14 years of behavioral health experience. Devine Care LLC was founded by Mr. David Oriabure in 2019. Devine Care current has two behavioral health residential facility (BHRF) and an Outpatient Clinic. In the past, Mr. Oriabure worked with behavioral health facilities where he managed and provided care to residents with complex mental and behavioral needs. He had the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with Serious Mental Illnesses (SMI).

Mr. Oriabure also worked with Arizona Department of Correction as a Correctional Officer and Correctional Sergeant. Although he enjoys the opportunities and challenges that come with working as a Correctional Sergeant. Mr. Oriabure was always passionate about working with those with mental and behavioral health issues. For this reason, he decided to open Devine Care LLC, a behavioral health residential facility (Founded in 2019) and Devine Care Outpatient Clinic (Founded in 2022) which provides a safe environment for patients and residents who struggle with mental health and behavioral health illnesses.
