Devine Care offers treatment to our residents at four (4) locations in Maricopa, Arizona. Our goal is to provide our residents with a safe place to stay so that they can receive person-centered treatment to overcome acute distress and then provide stabilization in a therapeutic, home-based environment where our professionals are ready to help them get the care they need.
We provide treatment services that utilize Evidence-Based Practices with the oversight of licensed behavioral health professionals. These include individualized behavioral treatment plans, trauma therapy, and specialized counseling.
We have licensed behavioral health professionals (PMHNP, LCSW, and LPC), behavioral health technicians, and caregivers on our team.
Services Include:
- Medication Services (Medication administration and assistance in the self-administration of medication)
- Counseling/Therapy (Individual and Group)
- Transportation to medical appointments and leisure activities.
- Personal Care Services
- Medical/Psychiatric Appointment Coordination
- Home/Community Leisure Activities
- Private rooms with cable, meals, and Wi-Fi
- On-Site TB Testing
- Telehealth
